Drink Review: T-16 Skyhopper

Rating

It Won’t Knock You Off Your T-16

Sights: Thick, green and creamy. Like an infection, but… pretty?

Smells: Melon-choly moments with Midori.

Tastes: Shame to the bang. It’s one note, with very little to it, save the melon. It’s light on the booze and has a very soft finish due to the cream (i.e don’t expect to crash your Skyhopper).

Also, the bartenders might tell you it’s the sweetest on the menu. While, technically, this might be correct, the other ingredients balance the sweetness well. In other words, it’s not your average, overly cloying, heartburn inducing Disney concoction, but more of a well-conceived dessert drink.

Feels: Mmmmmm…creamy.

Rick’s Tricks: Don’t eat the kiwi.

Overall: Only get this cocktail if after dinner dessert drinks are your thing. The vodka won’t knock your socks (or any other undergarment) off. But it is actually quite delicious and well balanced for what it is.
