It’s Actually Pretty Ducking Good
Sights: It looks like an iced coffee with a suspicious layer of light-brownish liquid floating on the top.
Smells: That brown liquid… Yeah, It’s bourbon. That’s all you’ll get on the nose until you stir this sucker. Then it’s a delightful combo of bourbon, coffee and chocolate.
Tastes: Wow. For $13 this drink is STOUT. They free pour the whiskey as if they don’t know you’re already sauced from the tequila in Mexico. Once you give it a good stir the flavors balance incredibly well for it being such a slapdash affair. It’s not super complex, but you do get all the elements including coffee, chocolate and the slight sweetness of the bourbon. Unless you hate coffee and/or whiskey there’s not much to complain about here.
Feels: It’s creamy. Probably from the cream. (Count on Rickey for the most astute observations)
Rick’s Tricks: Obviously, stir it. Also it does seem to have a fair amount of caffeine, making it the perfect pre-noon cocktail.
Overall: This is another Disney drink that surprised Rickey with its deliciousness. If you are a coffee fan and you want something boozy and slightly less sweet, this might be your jam.
